We will be streaming TEDxByronBay live from this website from 10am tomorrow morning.. Saturday 20 April. We will also be streaming through our media partner, The Byron Shire Echo and our event hosts, The Byron Community Centre.

Our other media partner, Bay FM, will also have a day of interviews and vox pops brought live from speakers and performers on the day.

TEDxByronBay is very pleased to announce our final performance for TEDxByronBay will be by emerging folk rock artist, Kyle Lionhart.

‘This is what music is suppose to be like’ – Sam Cutler (Former Rolling Stones Manager).

Kyle is a local boy, and has quickly gained a formidable reputation for stopping crowds in their tracks. Kyle’s performances gives range to acoustic and electric guitars in different tunings, and his large vocal range is a particularly distinguished aspect of his music, seeking sounds similar to Jeff Buckley, Dallas Green and Bon Iver.

Due to personal commitments, Dave Rastovich is not able to speak at TEDxByronBay. We are proud to announce that Dan Schreiber has been added to the program. Dan Schreiber is the creator and creative director of Starseed Gardens. His work with organic plant growth enhancers is on the cutting edge of increasing plant and soil biota health to raise human awareness through vibrational nutrition.

TEDxByronBay is proud to announce that we have partnered up with an extraordinary local talent, LightnUp Studios. They’ve come on board to help us with some of our set design.. but that’s all we’re going to tell you…sshhh! We are still looking for financial sponsors.
